¿Todo lo que Brilla es Oro? El Aburrimiento Laboral como Mediador de la Sobrecualificación Laboral y la Intención de Abandono

La sobrecualificación laboral ha sido un fenómeno que se viene estudiando en los pasados años por la creciente aparición de la misma en los individuos y las organizaciones. La presente investigación tuvo un diseño cuantitativo no experimental transversal correlacional con datos secundarios y buscó analizar el rol mediador del aburrimiento laboral en la relación entre la sobrecualificación laboral y la intención de abandono organizacional en una muestra de 400 empleados en el contexto puertorriqueño. Los resultados mostraron que la sobrecualificación laboral predice la intención de abandono. Además, del rol mediador parcial que tiene el aburrimiento laboral en esta relación.
