El Rol del Burnout en la Relación entre CapPsi y los CCO en Docentes de Puerto Rico

Resumen

Este estudio examina el rol del burnout en la relación entre el capital psicológico y los comportamientos de ciudadanía organizacional (CCO) en docentes de escuelas públicas y privadas en Puerto Rico. Se utilizó un diseño transversal descriptivo-correlacional con una muestra de 330 maestros, evaluando las variables mediante cuestionarios validados. Los resultados indican diferencias significativas en los niveles de burnout entre docentes de escuelas públicas y privadas, siendo mayores en las públicas. Se observó que el capital psicológico predice negativamente el burnout y positivamente los CCO. No se encontró que el burnout mediara la relación entre el capital psicológico y los CCO. Los hallazgos resaltan la importancia de promover el bienestar y desarrollo psicológico de los docentes.
